Acentury Inc., a wireless technology innovator that is helping companies transform the way they run their wireless labs, achieved 23% year over year growth in 2021. We welcomed new employees, new products and began building renovations, expanding our office and shipping/receiving footprint by over 3,000 square feet to accommodate our rapid growth. We also welcomed new hires in 2021, increasing our full time staff by 50% from the previous year, and growing our research and development staff ratio to over 2/3 of our total headcount.

2021 was a year of thrilling new tech accomplishments:
Launched LAMTA's end-to-end 5G lab resource management module which was featured at our first North American Tier 1 Operator, and later at our first Euro Tier 1 Operator
Acentury signed with several global channel partners, expanding our sales and distribution footprint to Europe, Middle East, and the South Asia Pacific regions
OMERA, our 5G deployment orchestration platform, was launched and deployed at a major telco, helping improve operational processes from weeks to days, and days to hours
Our Radiocomm products team designed a Heptaplexer and added band 40 and 42 requirements for a European military application. The team was also able to produce a prototype sample in under 6 weeks
The Radiocomm fiber team help supply and deliver an innovated fiber cable solution that could overcome the brutal, freezing arctic conditions for an Alaskan telecom service provider which helped expand and improve their broadband internet service
Our company subsidiary, SynMatrix, released several new features in 2021 including an improved AI optimization workflow with a new perturbation system
We hosted a successful webinar that explored academic research revealing potential causes of PIM in 5G small cell deployments. Our webinar exploring the topic can be viewed here.
We released a new whitepaper that features a story of how we helped a Tier 1 Operator modernize their RF lab operations with our LAMTA turnkey solutions: Modernizing the RF Lab with Virtualization and Test Automation
