Acentury Inc. had a record year in 2022 and achieved all-time revenue highs. Here are some quick end-of-year highlights:

• 35% YoY revenue growth
• Office and warehouse Phase 1 renovations completed in Q1
• New commitments to double office and lab space in 2023
• 20% YoY FTE headcount growth with additional R&D openings to start 2023
• Announced our membership with the O-RAN ALLIANCE as a Contributor, joining a world-wide community contributing to more open and intelligent mobile networks

Notable product highlights:

• Acentury implemented a LAMTA system for Samsung Networks Canada in their Mississauga, Canada office to support wireless network testing for their operator customers
• LAMTA launched a RF monitoring tool, enabling users to measure the RF environment inside an RF shielded enclosure, which helps to verify the presence of intended signals in the correct combination, and monitor for external interference/leakage to help eliminate and minimize its impact
• Acentury recognized 239% YoY growth in fiber cable length supplied, with significant growth seen from ribbon fiber cable and microduct fiber cables for air-blowing applications
• Acentury's subsidiary, SynMatrix Technologies Inc., released several automation features including an automatic 3D modelling workflow, which provides support for cavity and waveguide RF filters used in 5G base station and aerospace applications

2022 was also a year of community achievements:

• Acentury received an award for business excellence from the Richmond Hill Board of Trade
• Continues to partner with the Toronto School Board's Community Services through the Enhanced Language Training program
• Support a research team made up of students from Toronto Metropolitan and McMaster University as part of the Ontario Research Fund’s Research Excellence Program
• Acentury continues to support the student community with several 2022 coop hires from the University of Waterloo and Queens University

• Continue to support our local community by sponsoring a girls soccer team
